Yet life itself is made of fragments - details, quirks, minor moments, unfinished thoughts. Crumbs begins from this condition. Wellbeing may not be a stable state, but something that exists within fragments — a process, a practice, a moment.
Wellbeing does not need to be wellbeing.
Wellbeing can be the process of anything.
